Being a follower of Jesus doesn't mean that life will be easy. We all face seasons in life when we feel stressed, worried, or anxious.
How do we respond to times of worry? We can respond with fear, not faith. Here are some ways to help you respond to worry with faith and hope.
When You Feel Anxious or Worried, God is With You
In the midst of those times, God is with us. He understands how you feel.
Our feelings of worry or anxiety can sometimes try to isolate us, making us feel alone in our emotions. But no matter what, trust that God is with you. He's on your side, and He wants the best for you.
God is not only capable of comforting you when you're worried, but He is also willing. He wants to be your help and your comfort. He wants to bring you peace.

When You Feel Anxious or Worried, You Are Not Alone
You are not alone. No matter how much it might seem that others have it all together, no one is perfect.
Find a community of friends -- a Bible study or small group at church, for example -- who you are able to talk to. Chances are, you'll find others who have lived with anxiety or worry that can offer support.
